Shipment, delivery and payment
Minimum order: ten kilograms in total, at least 500 g of any one tea. Any mix of the teas below counts towards the ten.
Packing: loose leaf in 250 g bags. A position of 500 g arrives as two bags, one kilogram as four. Tins are a separate format — they are on the retail page.
Shipment is from Guangzhou or Foshan. Prices are EXW: the tea, packed, at our warehouse door.
Delivery is quoted separately, to any country, through the routes we already run. Sea, air, rail or courier — which one fits depends on your volume and how fast you need it, and the quote says which we recommend and why.
Payment is arranged in whatever form works on your side, through the schemes we already use. Tell us the country and the entity in the enquiry and the quote comes back with the workable options.
